(Picture left)This pond is situated in Vill Barkuriha of Upper Barbhag about 7(seven) kms south of  Nalbari.  It is said to had been dug by Gangadhar, a Brahmin. Each year, at Ashok Astami a mela is held here and devotees throng here from different parts of the country to pay homages to departed souls. The name of King Fengua, is associated with this tanks whose capital Subarna Koriwa or SonKuriha was nearby.
(Picture right)   A place famous for migratory bird. It is a perfect picnic spot during winter season. 7(seven) kms south of  Nalbari.
